The Ana chat assistant

Our AI assistant "Ana" runs entirely in your browser. Your conversation is not stored on our servers. Data is only transmitted when you actively choose to send your brief via WhatsApp or email — through those channels and their respective privacy terms.

Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent when contacting us and, where applicable, the performance of a contractual or pre-contractual relationship.

Retention and recipients

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and comply with legal obligations. We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Hosting of the site is provided by Hostinger International Ltd. as data processor. Content management and development may involve access by NexTao GmbH (Germany, EU).
