Data we process and purpose

We process the data you provide through the contact form, by email, by WhatsApp or through our chat assistant (name, email, phone and the content of your message) for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry and, where applicable, providing our services.

The enquiry form

The enquiry form on this website comes from formdialog.com, the form service of NexTao GmbH. It runs on its own server at Hostinger in Frankfurt am Main, sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties. With the form it learns on which page of luxuryana.com it is shown. Your enquiry (name, email, phone if you give it, and your message) is delivered to us by email, stored in the form service and deleted as soon as it is no longer needed. To prevent abuse, the IP address of every submission is kept for 14 days (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not pass these details on to third parties.

The Ana chat assistant

Our AI assistant "Ana" runs entirely in your browser. Your conversation is not stored on our servers. Data is only transmitted when you actively choose to send your brief via WhatsApp or email — through those channels and their respective privacy terms.

Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent when contacting us and, where applicable, the performance of a contractual or pre-contractual relationship.

Retention and recipients

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and comply with legal obligations. We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Hosting of the site is provided by Hostinger International Ltd. as data processor. Content management and development may involve access by NexTao GmbH (Germany, EU).

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@luxuryana.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
